There's darkness everywhere…


Depression leaves you feeling like your The Walking Dead: dragging your feet because we don’t have the energy to move. Hobbies that were once enjoyable are now something we dread.  You hide behind that classic happy face even though we’re experiencing deep sadness just to not be a burden to others.

Depression is caused by various things, such as genetics, medical conditions, past traumas, work, amongst other things. It’s very common to experience it nowadays because of how hard life is.  It can be seen as hopeless to overcome since a lot of things are stacked against you.
